A teenage boy indecently exposed himself to a terrified 13-year-old girl last week in a deserted alleyway in Surbiton.

The girl was walking home from school along Stirling Walk at about 4pm on Wednesday, May 9, when a 16-year-old boy emerged from the bushes at the side of the path ahead of her pushing a bicycle.

The girl continued to walk behind him but, realising she was going to be late to meet her mother, she began to walk quicker and closed the gap between her and the boy, who was wearing a grey tracksuit with his hood up.

Suddenly, the boy stopped, threw down his bicycle, turned around and pulled down his tracksuit bottoms. The girl then ran off to where her mum was waiting nearby in the car.

The boy is described as white with ginger hair, of stocky build and between 5ft 8in and 5ft 11in.

Anyone with any information should contact DC Dave Burton at Kingston Police on 020 8247 5131.
