A host of homeless penguins are due to hit New Malden High Street on June 14 to raise awareness of their natural habitat being destroyed by global warming.

Local arts group Theatre 4 All is calling for residents to join their Penguin Parade in costume and enjoy artistic performances on the day to help highlight growing concern about environmental issues.

Budding birds interested in joining the march, which is part of the 2nd New Malden Arts Festival between June 2 and June 22, should email theatre4all@gmail.com.
