A mother and daughter have opened an online marketplace for creative mums to sell unique handmade products.
All By Mama has been launched by Gemma Whates and her mother Hilary as a way of giving mums running a home business an online platform for their gifts, clothing and accessories.
The aim is to encourage mums to realise their creative business potential while working around family routines.
Gemma, from Beaconsfield Road, Surbiton, who has a two-year-old son, Leonardo, said: “All By Mama aims to encourage and support mums who run creative home businesses.
“Sellers can showcase products for sale, connect with other creative mums and attract investors to their business.”
The business has so far attracted more than 4,000 followers on social media – and has even been given the blessings of TV presenter Kirstie Allsopp.
