A man has been arrested on suspicion of flashing young women near Kingston University.
Police arrested the 26-year-old man on Saturday, January 31. He has been bailed until early March.
Since mid-December, several women have claimed they were flashed near Kingston University’s Clayhill halls of residence in Surbiton.
Detective Chief Inspector Claire Moxon, of Kingston CID, said: “While no one has been physically harmed, we fully appreciate how distressing and frightening these crimes are and we will do all we can to bring the person responsible to justice.”
