A Surbiton designer created some of the outfits and props for the Brazilian performers at the Olympic closing ceremony.
Iliyan Kukushliev was part of the team chosen to showcase their designs.
Together the team made 140 illuminating costumes which were worn in the Rio de Janeiro 2016 handover section of the show.
Sid Odedra, who managed the design team from Middlesex University , said: “It was very hard work as everything had to be spot on and there was no room for error as the whole world was watching.”
