A murder inquiry has been launched after a man was found 'stabbed to death' on the Kingsympton estate.
Police were called at about 6.20pm to Thursley House on the estate after a report of a seriously injured man.
The initial call was to reports of a man being stabbed although no formal cause of death has been established.
An air ambulance was called to treat the man, aged about 20, but he was pronounced dead shortly afterwards despite extensive efforts to resuscitate him.
Homicide detectives have been on the estate this evening.
Police believe they know who it is although the victim has not been formally identified. There have been no arrests.
A witness described seeing a forensic tent and police on the estate.
