The terror of Tolworth - a large cat - is still on the loose and a cats protection group still needs help to catch him.
In order to trap the fang tom menace, a feeding plan must be set up, but Epsom and Ewell Cats Protection group said no one in the School Lane area had been in touch to help set up the plan.
None of the volunteers for the group live nearby meaning they cannot set up the plan themselves.
The cat in question has been said to attack other household pets, leaving one cat owner with a vet bill of about £500.
A feeding plan would create regular meal times for the suspected stray with the hope a routine could eventually help trap the feline.
A spokeswoman for the group said "a feeding plan is a means to an end, which the local residents all want".
