CAROL ANNE BUTLER née Donworth Much loved Wife of Brian, Mother of Keith, David, Julie and Craig, and treasured Grandmother of Charlotte and Lucas. Sadly passed away on Tuesday 20th September, aged 69. Funeral Service to be held at 2.40pm, on Wednesday 12th October at North East Surrey Crematorium. Family flowers only preferred. Donations in lieu of flowers can be given at Funeral Service using Princess Alice Hospice envelopes provided.
