CONSTANCE EVELYN McCAMMOND Passed away peacefully at Emberbrook Care Home on Friday 17th March 2017 aged 98 years. Funeral will be on 12th April 2017 at 11am, Kingston Crematorium and afterwards at 12pm for a Thanksgiving Service at St Nicholas Church, Thames Ditton.
