Claire Pauline Warner Passed away peacefully at West Middlesex Hospital on January the 17th aged 89 years. Much loved sister to the late Philip and fabulous aunt to Annette, Alex, Phillippa and the children. She will be greatly missed by family and friends. Funeral service to take place at Mortlake Crematorium on Tuesday 22nd of February at 3.20 pm. Please feel free to wear a splash of colour for Claire.
