OATES John John, died peacefully on 25th May, 2023, aged 93 following a heart attack and brief illness, loving husband of Sylvia (deceased); father of Alistair, David, Jeremy, Jonathan and Rebecca; grandfather of Alexandra, Andrew, Barney, Claire, Henry, James, Jenny and Robbie; great grandfather of Isla, Oscar, Sebastian and William. Vicar of Richmond (1970-1984); Rector of St Brides, Fleet Street (1984-2000). A Service of Thanksgiving for his life will take place in the near future. Enquiries to family@oates.co.uk
