A New Malden pub could be knocked down to make way for more than 300 student flats.
A planning application has been submitted to Kingston Council to demolish the Duke of Wellington pub in Kingston Road and turn it into a five-storey building with 330 bed spaces for students.
The application was submitted this week by developers Spiritbond, based in Oxted, and included 136 cycle parking spaces and landscaping.
