A school in Weybridge is expanding by 90 more places.
The cabinet approved proposals to expand Manby Lodge Infant School, Weybridge, St Francis Catholic Primary in Caterham by 105 places and Greville Primary in Ashtead by 210 places.
Plans to create more than 400 places overall in the county have been signed off by Surrey County Council.
Linda Kemeny, Surrey County Council cabinet member for schools and learning, said: "Surrey needs to find 13,000 places over five years and these planned expansions form part of that.
"But we're still short of the money we need to provide them. There's a funding gap of more than £30m in each of the next two years alone, at a time when our budgets are also under strain from the rising number of older people needing care."
