He says: "Since being selected by local Conservatives in 2013, I have already had success with the 30 Minute Free Parking campaign and the campaign for extra police officers for Kingston town centre.
"I’ve spoken to hundreds of residents, visiting schools and nursing homes, going on patrol with the police and volunteering at Kingston Hospital.
"This general election is the most important in a generation, with a clear choice between Conservatives and Labour. I believe the Conservative vision is the best for the country and for people in Kingston & Surbiton.
"I plan to stand up for local NHS services, to fight for more quality school places, to support small businesses, job creation and apprenticeships, to push for improvements on our rail links with London, including bringing Crossrail 2 to stations in the borough and to stand firm against any development on the greenbelt.
"I am not a career politician. I’ve spent the last 8 years representing people in the most difficult circumstances day in, day out.
"I will work extremely hard on your behalf and I will be accessible and accountable to you. It would be a privilege to serve as your MP."
