I would like to add my voice to the problem with the box junction by Our Lady Immaculate Church, in Tolworth.
Drivers on the outside lane are frequently undertaken by those in the inside lane, leaving them stranded in the box and therefore liable for a penalty.
Given that the inside lane is also the site of the entrance/exit from the petrol station, and leads into parking bays, it is inevitable that this is going to happen.
As there is also the raised green hump immediately after the box, which I understand is there for pedestrians, you can find yourself in the yellow box with the prospect of not letting a pedestrian across or getting a fine for being in the yellow box.
The odds are stacked against you if you enter this box, thinking your exit is clear, if you are not carved up from the inside lane.
A lose-lose situation, and what a money maker.
