A woman's body was discovered at 11am near Ravens Ait in Surbiton
A woman’s body has been found in the River Thames near Surbiton.
Metropolitan Police could not confirm the identity or age of the woman, whose body was found at 11am near Ravens Ait - now a wedding venue and water sports base.
Police and lifeboats were seen recovering the body from the river. Her death is not thought to be suspicious.
