Kingston University is the sixteenth most expensive place to study in the UK, according to new research.
A study undertaken by price comparison website GoCompare.com has found that students will spend on average £22,058 per year at Kingston University when key costs such as travel, accommodation and textbooks are taken into account.
The costs includes the standard £9,250 tuition fee introduced in 2012, though students also spend almost £2,000 per year on food and £780 on travel.
Despite the high ranking, Kingston University is still cheaper than many London Universities, with eight of the ten most expensive universities found in London.
Undergraduates at Imperial College London and the Royal College of Music face costs of £26,682 and £26,518 respectively.
The deadline for hopeful students to apply for university is Sunday, January 15.
