According to the Ministry of Defence, “something interesting” might have happened in Cobham nearly 10 years ago.

An entry appears in a report of UFO sightings from 2008 that records someone calling on June 28 to let the government know they had seen something.

Every reported UFO sighting from that year is in the report, and they all have a short description next to them.

Some descriptions include details about lights, sizes, direction of travel, and more. One from Yorkshire describes 30 lights moving around the sky.

Unfortunately, whoever reported the sighting from Cobham was clearly unable to give much detail. The description simply reads: “something interesting”.

Whatever that person saw shall, it seems, forever remain a mystery.
