Vanessa Yearsley, who grew up in Kingston before she moved away, said Moses used to give her 50 pence to buy sweets when she was younger and tell her mum she “was gorgeous”.
Ms Yearsley said she will remember Moses’ horse riding clothes, which he used to wear often, as well as his Hello Kitty and and Wallace and Gromit outfits.
She added: “I think that there should be a statue. Everyone loved him. He was so loved. We will never forget him.

Local resident Sacha Brooks said she remembered Moses as being “like a big child”.
She added: “I used to see him every day. He was really friendly, talkative and every one grew up with him.
“He loved anything red. My daughter had red shoes that one time and that made him really happy.”
