The scaffolding is at last coming down on the new block of apartments at Amen Corner.
But, a quick finalising check might have shown that, even at this late stage, calling the job a wrap may have been a trifle impetuous. On the upper floors, eight doors open out on to nothing. I realise a high turnover of tenants is seen as desirable but this is surely a strategy too far.
