There is a public information appeal out after a woman was sexually assaulted in Leatherhead earlier this month (Thursday, January 14).
The attack took place at Knoll Roundabout in Leatherhead, on the A24 Leatherhead bypass road around 7.05pm on the night in question.
Surrey Police, who are now investigating what happened, said they were appealing for witnesses to come forward after the "assault by touching on a woman" took place.
They also offered a description of the suspect as they they hoped to acquire more information about what happened:
"The male suspect is described as white, in his early 30s, approximately 5 foot 6 inches tall and of a slim build with a straight face.
"He was wearing a black jacket with a hood up over his head and dark bottoms.
"The man was described as speaking with a non-English accent and appeared unsteady on his feet."
Anyone in the area at that time, who may have seen anything suspicious or have any dashcam footage that may be relevant, is asked to contact Surrey Police on their website or by calling 101 and quoting reference number PR/45210004465.
