A weather warning is in place across south London, with thunderstorms forecast to break up the heatwave this evening.
This week’s sweltering temperatures are set to dip as we enter a wet weekend, with showers predicted throughout Saturday and Sunday.
The yellow warning is in place from 8pm this evening until 10pm on Saturday due to concerns over potential flooding, poor travel conditions, lightning and hail.
