Injuries were sustained after a lorry and car crashed on the M25 yesterday (Thursday).
Police were called to the crash between junction 8 and junction 9 eastbound during the course of Thursday afternooon.
Minor injuries were sustained.
The road was closed by Highways England for a short time.
A spokesperson for Surrey Police said: "Officers were called to road traffic collision this afternoon (26 August), between junction 8 and 9 on the M25 eastbound.
"The collision involved a car and a lorry and fortunately only minor injuries were sustained.
"The road was closed by Highways England for a short time, but has now fully re-opened."
