New video footage shows flash flooding in New Malden following heavy rainfall over night.
The flood occured under New Malden bridge just near to the station, and was filmed at 6am on Tuesday.
According to local resident Maddie Highet, this happens "every time it rains heavily" and normally, cars try to drive through it.
She told the Surrey Comet: "Not only do we have that flood but all the other exits from New Malden have temporary traffic lights so New Malden is gridlocked.
"The same thing happens at the bridge by South Lane.
"The Council have apparently spent £6million on drainage and this is the result."
Kingston Council has been approached for comment.
