London Ambulance Service has issued a plea to Londoners this Halloween to "use NHS services wisely".
It comes as the emergency workers say they are facing "high demand".
The service asked the public to look after themselves while enjoying the festivities.
"Be safe and sensible" the service pleaded on Saturday evening as revellers began going out dressed up on the town and trick or treaters started their rounds.
This Halloween, we’re asking Londoners to take care and use NHS services wisely as we face high demand.
