An elderly man and woman have been taken to hospital after a crash in a Waitrose car park in Worcester Park.
A car crashed into a wall in the car park of the supermarket in Stone Place at around 4.40pm yesterday.
A man and a woman were treated at the scene by two ambulance crews who took them both to a hospital.
According to police they suffered minor injuries.
There have been no arrests.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called at 4.40pm yesterday (3 February) to reports of a road traffic collision in Stone Place, Worcester Park.
"We sent two ambulance crews and a team leader.
"We treated a man and a woman at the scene, and took them both to a hospital."
A Met Police spokesperson said: "A car colliding with a wall in the car park at 16:44hrs – two elderly occupants suffer minor injuries.
"No other injuries and no arrests."
A London Fire Brigade spokesperson said: "Firefighters were called to a road traffic collision on Stone Place in Worcester Park."
"A car had collided with a wall.
"A woman was released from the car and a man was taken to hospital.
"The Brigade was called at 1645 and the incident was over for firefighters by 1743.
"Two fire engines from Sutton and New Malden fire stations and a fire rescue unit from Wimbledon Fire Station attended the scene."
