A motorcyclist was taken to hospital with serious injuries after being hit by what is believed to be a van driver.
The collision occurred on June 21 near Tadworth Roundabout on the A217 Brighton Road.
A Triumph Rocket motorcycle was involved in a crash with a white vehicle between 11.05am and 11.25am.
The rider was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Police are looking for witnesses to the incident and ask anyone with any further information to contact police quoting reference number PR/45220065907.
A spokesperson for Surrey Police said: “We are appealing for witnesses following a collision between two vehicles in Tadworth on Tuesday, 21 June.
“The collision occurred between 11.05am and 11.25am on the A217 Brighton Road at the Tadworth Roundabout, approaching from Banstead.
“The collision involved a Triumph Rocket motorcycle and a white vehicle, believed to be a van.
“The rider of the motorcycle was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
“We are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the collision or have any dashcam footage to please contact us quoting reference number PR/45220065907.”
