A body has been found following a fire at a property in Ewell.  

The incident happened in Thorndon Gardens at 1.50am today (December 12). 

A 44-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident.  

He remains in police custody.

“A 44-year-old man arrested in connection with the incident and remains in custody.
