Pictures show a huge police presence outside of Kensington Olympia station in west London due to an ongoing police incident involving a man throwing things from a roof.
Police were called to Russel Garden Mews at around 4.20am this morning (Monday, June 17).
A man has reportedly been throwing things onto the railway tracks.
Officers are trying to speak to him after concerns for the man’s welfare.
There currently is a police cordon in place at Russel Road and Russel Gardens and the incident is ongoing.
Pictures show multiple police cars and vans at the scene both in front of and behind the police cordon.
There are lots of police visible at the scene and a police cordon is in place, but if members of the public need to access businesses behind the cordon they can be escorted by a police officer.
In pictures on the other side of Kensington Olympia, police vehicles can be seen in the distance near to the bridge in question.
As a result, there are currently no trains between Willesden Junction and Clapham Junction.
TfL has confirmed that this has caused major disruption to the London Overground.
National Rail has urged commuters to allow an extra 30 minutes to travel and find an alternative route.
If you need someone to talk to, Samaritans are available to contact any time day or night on 116 123.
