A man has been taken to hospital after an assault at a Teddington pub the night of the Euros final.
Police were called to High Street, Teddington at around 12.40am on Monday, July 15.
At the scene, they found a man with injuries to his face which were not thought to be serious.
The male was assaulted by another person at a pub in the area where he was socialising.
There have been no arrests.
An investigation has been launched and enquiries are ongoing.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called at around 00:40hrs on Monday 15 July to High Street, Teddington to reports of an assault.
“Officers attended the scene and found a man suffering from facial injuries.
“He was taken to hospital with injuries not believed to be serious.
“It is understood the male was assaulted by another person at the pub where he was socialising.
“An investigation has been launched by local CID officers and enquiries are ongoing.
“There has been no arrest/s.”
