A Cobham man has been banned from swearing or being drunk in public for the next two years, following a series of offensive incidents.
Gary Sweeney, 23, of Bennetts Close, was handed an Antisocial Behaviour Order at Staines Magistrates on June 6.
He had been charged with being drunk and disorderly in Esher on January 28 but he had a pattern of drunken behaviour which included urinating in gardens and swearing in public, leading case officers to recommend the penalty.
He was also fined £50.
