Whilst I fully understand readers' concerns about travelling to St George's Hospital from the Epsom and Ewell area, there is a better way by public transport than using two or more buses.
Catch a train from Epsom, Ewell West or Stoneleigh to Earlsfield (the Waterloo service has a train every 15 minutes Monday to Saturday and every 30 minutes on Sunday), then any bus from outside Earlsfield Station for the short journey that stops close to the Hospital.
This route is quicker and easier, avoiding the congestion and delays of the A24.
