The Organ & Dragon
Frequently people who object to the change of use of a property do not have any suggestions as to an alternative use. This is the situation concerning objectors to the Organ and Dragon site.
It seems to me that the local residents want the building to continue to be used as a public house. It is common knowledge that hundreds of pubs are closing (including in Epsom & Ewell) because of lack of customers. The odds of finding any brewer reopening are infinitesimal.
It would be more helpful if residents could come up with some practical solutions.
