We are very proud to have supported Mole Valley District Council in their pursuit of justice in the Court of Appeal.
The unanimous decision to reinstate our planning permission is a very exciting day for all of us who are so passionate about this project and most especially for the residents of Mole Valley.
We have been overwhelmed by the local support that we have received, which has manifested itself in countless different ways, including a majority vote in favour of this project on every possible occasion.
The small number of objectors have caused very significant legal costs to be incurred by the council and we can only hope that they will be reimbursing them accordingly.
We hope that justice will now be allowed to prevail and that the works that have begun, will be completed. In the immediate term this will see the creation of almost a hundred jobs and in the longer term, at least twice as many. It is only appropriate to conclude by taking the opportunity to thank everybody involved, for their fantastic encouragement and support.
