Shame on the council for running a pitiful 489 bus service that runs from Epsom to Guildford.
Only one an hour resulting in overcrowding and elderly passengers having to stand. Finishing at 6pm.
It is not acceptable. A more regular bus service is required urgently.
I have heard certain drivers just don't bother doing the full route.
This must change!
