I would like to draw the public's attention to a very important health event that Rosemary Najim and I, have organised for members of the public.
Dr Simon Williams will be speaking about the future plans and priorities of Surrey Downs Clinical Commissioning Group (SDCCG).
This is a free event, open to all, on Tuesday 10th June at 19:30 at The Station Pub, Stoneleigh, Broadway, Surrey KT17 2JA.
Dr Simon Williams is a GP and member of the SDCCG governing board and is the lead for the Mid Surrey locality, which includes parts of Epsom and Ewell.
He will cover the SDCCG Vision for our local hospital, out of hours care, and GP services. There will be an opportunity for the public to ask questions.
Clinical commissioning groups are statutory bodies; which have the function of commissioning services for the purposes of the health service in England.
I would urge all Epsom Guardian readers to come to this event, which is a marvellous opportunity and ask them to tell their friends and families to come too!
