Leatherhead Food Research - along with its 150 employees - is relocating to a site just outside of Epsom in a £9million move.
The historic company - which has been in the area since 1919 - was the subject of a £1.6million takeover by global technology and research firm, Science Group back in mid-September.
Leatherhead Food will now be based in Great Burgh, just over two miles south of Epsom and seven miles east of its previous headquarters, in Randalls Way.
This move to these larger premises represents a £9million investment into Leatherhead Food.
Managing director Chris Wells said: "We are delighted to have found Great Burgh and excited about the future for Leatherhead.
"The investment by Science Group is fantastic news for our members, employees and customers and reflects the focus on innovation that sets Leatherhead apart."
