Changes to parking restrictions in Epsom & Ewell are being proposed by Surrey CC, not Epsom & Ewell BC. With residents unable to get tradesmen to visit their homes to do maintenance, the interests of commuters have to take second place. Keeping some parking bays in Pound Lane free from all-day commuter parking is designed to help shops and shoppers. All comments sent to the Parking Team at SCC County Hall by 22 December will be carefully studied before councillors take any decisions, including any comments sent in by Mr Nevil True.
